I voted Other....

I live in a super small town and when I am just going around town, Sam is not restrained. I allow him to hang his head out while I have my hand wrapped in his halter.... this is only when we are going about 10miles per hour.

When we go out of town (sherman, plano, dallas, mckinney, etc) Sam sits in the back in his car seat with Nana.

If its just me and Sam then I allow him to sit in his carseat in the front since I can turn the air bag off.
