My two dogs have human names, Jordan & Garrett (we didn't name Jordan, the breeder did, but we like it just fine!). Since I had to leave both of my dogs with my family when I moved out (they're family dogs and I moved out of state), I plan on getting my own yorkie soon, and he will be named Frank.
I don't know why I prefer human names to things names, but I think it's funny to see this cute little dog with a dignified old man name.
