Very good advice, we see it time after time with Mom and her babies.
Sounds like they were weaned too early and Fur Mom didn't have time to teach proper play manners. I agree with JeanieK You need to be the Mom and growl and snap at the baby like Mom would have done, then Mom walks off and if they continue she does it again.
They understand "dog language" very quickly.
