Everyone here is right. If you don't get a good cleaner like suggested and keep him blocked off of any rooms with carpet when your not watching.....your house will start to smell and you'll have to rip up the carpet. Trust me. I will never have carpet in my house again as long as I have a yorkie. I love the breed so much I'll just never have carpet. Plus we've decided hard woods and tile are just healthier anyway (no harbouring of dust mites and years of crud no matter how much you shampoo). Also when you walk the dog, use a harness and not a collar for the leash. These little ones can have some damage done to their wind pipes and such from pulling the least little bit. Enjoy your puppy they really are such sweet little ones. |
