I happened to be in a Pet Shop the other day with my son looking for a gift and noticed the puppies there were on average 5 months old...so, maybe people are not spending the big $$$ on these dogs like before our economy got hit and they're dropping their prices.

I also think the chances with the micro chipping makes it a good possibility for recovery of this animal. Has anyone ever heard of this method working?
