Yeah she said get done whatever needs doing, I'll call when I get home tonight and sort out paying. She's actually a great landlady, she's so laidback that if she was anymore so she'd fall over.

He said he was going to invoice her for £150, ($300) and he was only here for maybe 2hrs.
