although it is true yorkies have bad knees and i understand everyone has their opinions and are entitled to them,i think as a proffesional you should not say something like that to a client. I work in sales and although i deal with some very rude or annoying customers, i understand it is my responsiblity to remain proffesional even in the hardest times. Every breed has some problem or another associated with them. I too would be uncomfortable leaving my baby with them,maybe i am overprotective...
