Did you get a health guarantee for genetic conditions from your breeder? Does your contract allow you to rehome your Yorkie or must she go back to her breeder?
A rescue group may or may not take your girl. Since they are non-profit, they depend on donations and cannot afford take every sick Yorkie. If you do want to turn her over to rescue, it would be appropriate to offer to make a donation to help with her vet bills.
