What are you feeding her currently? I also completely agree with Nancy about the treats. Your baby is actually training you. These guys are so smart and she knows now that if she doesn't eat her meal, she gets desert. I would cut all treats out, get her on a high quality canned food and start from there. You can eventually add in kibble later, but for now the canned might entice her. Please make sure it's of good quality though!

I also have to say that I would get her into the vet's for a blood panel, as liver problems can often cause picky eating. You didn't say if she's actually lost weight, but I would be fairly concerned. A bile acid test isn't totally accurate at this age, but either that or just a full blood panel may be worth doing in this case.
