Welcome to YT!! I can't wait to see pictures of your baby. And congrats on your new baby you're getting; that's so exciting.
To resize pictures, I use Photo Bucket (
Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket) To make an avatar, go under User CP (located at the top of the page; left side) and there's an option on the left bar that says edit avatar. You can upload any picture from there.
