She said her whole crew had died from it.

if you saw he (weird guy) has been there for quite some time b/c when Lock told him how many days they have been stranded there weird guy was suprised and then they panned to the wall where he kept track of the days SO WEIRD!! that poor lil boy was taken .. i wonder why they only wanted him though??? strange... so amazing that show!!
