I am trying to remember, pot likker is the juice from the greens that we dipped cornbread in??? If so, that is the only way that I would eat it.
as a little girl and LOVED IT. Long story short, my sisters Father raised me and he was a cook in the Marine Corp for 40 years and I do recall sow's belly. What is called today?
