Did you save pictures on your computer? Is so, you have to resize them, I use
Resize Images online and resize them, I think it is 600 pixels, download and name them. When you post something go down to manage attachments, browse, chose the ones that you resized and they will upload. Hope I got it right, if not, you will get a lot of help,
