Cricket is taking 0.3 of liquid asprin and also 1 tablet of Enacard daily, she eats Royal Canine LP. I think we caught this very early and hopefully that is why we have had good results. When we did bring her home from the vet she was taking six medicines but she came off all of those but two. She will continue to take the two I listed above for the rest of her life which hopefully will be a long one. The vet told me she could live six months or six years it just depending on how well she responded to the medicines and also being very strict with her food. They also suggested using one tablet of fish oil in her food every other day and we have been doing that aslo. Thanks so much for responding it is nice to know that there are other dog owners out there that have experienced the same things.
