There definatly needs to be some rules on who owns them. Because in the wrong hands, any dog can be dangerous. And if you have a doangerous dog that is a pittbull. The whole breed takes a hit if something were to happen.
There was a beautiful pitt in my communnity. And she was fearful aggressive. Her owners didnt train her and she was very unstable. Eventually she was very fearful of everything. And even if you were walking by, she would get scared. And that would cause her to be aggressive. Once taken away by her owners,and a new family was found, a dog that i couldnt go witthin 10 feet of, was crawling all over my laps trying to get kisses. Its obviously not the dogs fault but the owners. |
