To attach pictures:
When you're at the page to reply to a thread, or create a new thread, there's a link that looks like a paperclip. It's three buttons over from the font size box. Click on that paper clip; then you can browse to find your pictures on your computer. Select the photo you wish to upload, then click open, then click upload. Once it's done uploading, you can click 'close this window' and your pictures will be attached to your post.
If you'd like to upload a picture from a URL, your photos need to be on a photo hosting website. Photo bucket (
Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket) is a great one to use.
