I'd try tubing him then because my little girl was 5.1 when she was born and she is now 6.2oz. That is all in just over 24hrs. Btw my baby cries and is a suck she always wants boob.
He should be gaining. Maybe to weak to cry so tube or feed with a dropper like you suggested before.
