Don't tell her NO!
Because they usually think you're joining in on their vocalization
This is what I do and it seems to work
when she gets in a barking jag
Get her attention
How ever it's easiest for you
and in a firm but not yelling voice say No Bark...
and treat her
when and if she starts again repeat what you just did
eventually she will get the message
