My vet recommended waiting until Millie had her first heat before getting her fixed incase she suffered incontinence problems later on.

Anyway, it started 2 weeks ago (she is 9 months). The bleeding is near enough finished. When is it safe for her to be around other dogs?

I go back to work on Monday and my aunt keeps her while I am at work. She has a dog that has not been fixed as he has an undescended testicle and the vet cant find it at all and says the risk of surgery is too high at the minute as he is overweight.

Would she be ok around him on Monday, or how do I know?
