He is so funny...hits them with his paw to make them squeak!
He also is Mr. Curiosity. He MUST examine every bag that comes in my home. He will bark and bark until he gets to put his head in. He never takes anything out...just wants to SEE.
He is 12 now and has some medical issues...renal stones, enlarged heart and liver...it kills me to think of the day I might lose him. I have had him since he was 8. |
He sounds like quite the character! Deegan's funny too. If we're busy and aren't playing with him he'll take his ball or toy to the top of the stairs and toss it down and then run after it and get it and climb back up and repeats it!! So funny to watch, especially the first time we saw him doing that!
Sorry about the medical issues... Getting old sucks - being human or not. I was thinking the other day about how I know one day we're gonna have to go through the pain of losing Deegan too... I tear up just thinking about it - and he's not even 4 yet. I had to put down my Sheltie almost 5 years ago - still hurt. Try not to think about it too much and make the best out of the time you still have.
