When you change food, you need to do it very gradually, their systems can't take the change other wise.

I would, boil chicken and white rice. (No seasonings at all) I mix the water the chicken boiled in to the chicken and rice to make a little watery stew...give your baby small amounts often. And I would go to a vet. My vet gives water shots under the skin to ensure they dont get dehydrated.

There is a canned food that is chicken and rice made for diarraeh. My dogs love it and it always helps. ( can't remember the name of it but it is sold in a nice dog store)
