I am a firm believer that they are all beautiful! It takes good nutrition and picking the right cut for their hair. A good groomer and weekly baths..also daily brushing. It usually takes at least a year to really see a huge difference..at least in my experience.
I always share these with the hope that people will see what gems they really are!

I have a retired showdog... she has CH.. Champion before her name on the breeder's website and is among the list of champion females on the site. Your George looks a lot like her!!

You did a fantastic job with nuturing him to his best. But even in the before pictures he was a beauty... you could see the quality in his fur even then. I think the other poster was just trying to convey that rescue dogs are not the Model perfect dog and people who want a particular look should go to the breeder. But honestly a Yorkie can't be unattractive if it tried! They are just gorgeous dogs regardless of size. How did George end up in rescue?
