I have always let my husband name all of my dogs as it does make him more involved in the process. My husband gave me the money for my last 2 yorkies but each time I brought them home he seemed a little distant. With Pixie within 24 hours he was calling her Perfect Pixie and loves her to pieces and it took him a little longer to warm to Roxie but I think that was because we had just lost Dixie (Roxie was the breeders replacement for her) and he felt so awful about losing her after only 5 weeks and didn't want to get attached again. I think your husband will see how much fun having 2 is and see how they play so nicely that he will come around. |
