Yes I agree it sounds like she did not learn proper dog etiquette, so now you need to teach her when she is playing too rough.

Try snapping at her like the mother dog would, "NO bite" is not something they understand so it is just easier to speak in their language.

pushing her away just makes it seem like a game, so you need to move away from her and if she follows snap at her again. Give her a minute and then pick her up and see if she is ready to play nice. repeat as necessary. You might even have to pinch the back of her neck and give a little shake if she doesn't get the message.

If she yelps it will be in submission, not in pain.
