Since I use the #1 Systems shampoo and conditioner, I can't speak for any other conditioner to mix these things with, but I mix Vegetable glycerine and hot oil treatment together, mix well and microwave till really warm (about 25 seconds), work into the coat once a month wrap in a warm towel for 10 minutes then rinse, and other times just rinse. It leaves the coat so silky, and smells wonderful. You can also mix some Pantene Pro-V Daily Moisture Renewal with the others, but I warn you, when you use all of it together, you can hardly hold the dog that it doesn't slide out of your arms. The coat is just that soft and silky.
