How much time is in between Boogie's last meal at night and his bile vomit in the morning? Even with the more frequent daytime feedings, if his tummy gets too empty overnight, acid builds up and can cause bile vomit. Maybe try feeding him right before bed if you are not already doing that? This is pretty common in small dogs
