Biewer - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, there are several Biewer clubs, and they do have a standard with specific markings. Since the Biewer originated in Germany they also don't crop the tail, and that standard has stayed in the US. As far as I know, the Parti has no standard other than the regular Yorkshire Terrier Standard.
