Wow! What a small world! I would LOVE to have a meetup if the opportunity arises!

Here are some pics I took in Houma - Chauvin to be exact - 5 days after Rita passed. Ed's mom lost her home. In the images, her house is the one after the pirogue pic. The couple was looking for their cat! We had to take a pirogue to the back of the street. I would have to guess that the water was about 5 feet deep and had gone down at least a foot.

BTW -- Ed's mom's house -- there is a five foot fence in the front yard that you cannot see!
