Hallie does this all the time! Simon can't be bothered to be touched while he is trying to sleep, he is too independent! Hallie will make little baby noises (that's what I call them) and roll around in my head and usually lays on my chest and snuggles into my neck before bed!
Maybe it is a girl thing????
