Our babies look alike and maybe even the same size. I'd try to supplement with goats milk or the puppy formula also. Feed with the bottle or dropper like you said then put pup on mom to nurse.
I posted pics for you too see in the nursery. I looked over the vid of the birth and the puppy was stuck. I tried to assist but took too long. Waited for a contraction and nothing worked. I had no control. The pup head may have been a little to big and that is why it was stuck.
