Definitely a vet visit ASAP. In the meantime when mine had kennel cough the vet said to take them into the bathroom and run the shower and the steam will help clear their passages. Is her breathing ok? If not I would worry about pneumonia. Hope she finds the owners and can get her to a vet. |
