Belly bands prevent males from marking in the house by covering up his stuff... they are used to protect in-season females from accidental breeding and for older males who become incontinent and for puppies during the housebreaking stage.
They Yorkie Fair in Michigan was canceled for 2008 but there are posts about other Yorkie Events all over the country. Check the regional forum for possible fairs and/or meet-ups in your area!
