I love, love, LOVE mine. I got it for xmas too along with a FM transmitter for my car. OMG, I've not stopped playing with it. I uploaded a ton of apps to it, photos, music, kids tv shows to amuse Amelia when we're out. They even have games for babies you can download!

Volume control on the side I believe.
Icons rocking mean you can move them round to different parts of the screen to organise them.
