My wife brought Eddie to my office this week. He didn't see me because he was too intent exploring the new environment. When I called him, he didn't seem to recognize my voice. But when I put my hand down in front of his nose, he went wild and jumped in my arms. So with Eddie, there's no doubt: His best sense is smell.
