Hello, my husband and I bought our first home back in May and I was made aware of this first time home owner tax credit of $7500. Has anyone else heard of this? The only downside is to this is you have to buy it back over time. I have included the link to it so you will know what I am talking about. I would like to know if any of you are going to take advantage of this or if you aren't even going to bother with it since you have to pay it back. I am debating.....Happy New Year!!
