Alot of these traditions sound very fun...I haven't heard of some of them. I may add some of those to ours
The only thing we really do is get together with friends and @ midnight we Toast, Drink Champagne ,and kiss for one minute past midnight. Then we have a fun fireworks show . Everyone tells and toast one wish for the upcoming year. It's just a very fun family , kid friendly time. The kids all get poppers and glow sticks and silly string ,hats and stuff .I think I may add the balloons this year....that sounded like fun. We use to go to Planned parties ( like you but tickets for ) but they were never as fun as when we have them at home or a friends house. So we haven't went to those kinds in years .
I think I will also start the dollar in the shoe tradition....can't hurt
