This sounds like a classic head injury from her fall. If you don't get her to the vet ASAP and allow them to diagnos and treat her chances are she may well die. She could have brain swelling or a bleed in the brain which require immediate attention. Vet bills unfortunately are part of the cost and responsibility of owning a pet. If you can't afford the entire cost most vets will work out a payment schedule for you. Either way the dog needs care NOW, please take her to a vet ASAP.
