I would get her in pretty quickly as she sounds quite uncomfortable. I'd ask for a skin scraping of the areas and see what's there - it could be a number of things that could be easily treated, but a diagnosis is needed.

Btw, what are you feeding? This doesn't sound like food allergies, but if she does have something going on, you definitely want to give her the best nutrition possible as she's healing.
