Tammy, I am SO greatful that you found Harley. I just KNEW that you would!!
Our old yorkie, Maddie, ran away twice on us. The first time was when we first got her. We were down in Ohio staying with rrosenberry (from here) and she wasn't with us 20 minutes and she took off. Not only did we not know the area, neither did she. she was gone all night, and was found the next afternoon. then another time she was being babysat by Sherry Lynn (also from here) and she took off running -- still not quite sure how she escaped! But she was gone for 12 hours.
It is truly the most nerve-racking thing in the world...the not knowing, wondering, depression, false hope, etc. It'll probably take a day or 2 for you to really let it sink in that he's perfectly fine.
