[Deegan's mom]

I always wondered if Deegan would be able to keep up if I took him jogging with me? Does anyone out there jog with their yorkie, and if so - do you jog continuously or do you do intervals? How long do they hang in there for?

Also - does anyone let their yorkie run along side a bike? I have a trailer that attaches to my bike, but Deegan will only sit in it quietly after he's tired... Usually I have to take him for a long walk to get him to sit quietly, but by that time I'm tired and don't want to go biking. So I thought about letting him run next to the bike for a bit to tire him out, but have been too afraid of trying it for fear he might get hurt...
