Ok, need some help here!

The puppy is about 5 months old. For the last 2 weeks we have been 100% accident free. Nothing, not a drop anywhere. I noticed she is started teething (lots of loose teeth) and she started going to the bathroom EVERYWHERE. She is going #1 and #2 all over the house (when i say everywhere i mean it).

Has anyone else noticed this pattern? I'm going back to crate training until this is resolved.
