Paintshop Pro has a few, but they are already included in your choices. I've found many different places that offered frames to add for Paintshop Pro, but I haven't found any for Photoscape. If you are using Paintshop Pro, you can take a frame that you downloaded and alter it by colorizing it, you know, using color balance, you can change the frame to any color, and then just add it to your frames, by going to "File" "Export" and then choose "Picture Frame." They also have a feature in 3D effects called "Inner Bevel" where you can take a flat frame and make it look 3 dimensional. This only works with Paint shop pro 9, not Photoscape.
