I completely understand about your nervouseness in leaving your Bella with someone else to look after. I feel the very same way.
Even though you know the people are good, kind and will take the very best care of her, no one can watch her like you can. But take a breath, let it out, and enjoy your trip. Tell them you'll be calling to check on her, after a few calls you'll begin to relax and will be able to have a nice time.
