If you have paintshop, you can find many frames to download to add to the program. Paintshop pro 9 also has the capability to make your own frames, which is really fun. There are also several programs that are available over the internet that are just for frames, but I wasn't too impressed with what they had to offer. Photobucket has a feature where you can add frames to the pictures you upload, but they have a small selection. I found it easiest to make my own in Paintshop pro.
