many are pet friendly at Niagara on the Lake and it is nice there too
maybe 10 15 minutes from the Falls on the Canadian side ...
as for the collar coming off...thi shas worked here is instead of running after the dog..run away he will more than likely chase u..it happened to a friend that was babysitting a dog and it worked
but we use a harness it is more secure than collars and it goes around the body rather than the neck ...also avoids choking..
