I would pick one type of food and stick with it, and save the other for a rotation as opposed to feeding two types of food throughout the day. I mean I guess you could do both types but I see it as an unnecessary complication to your life!

While the Wilderness is the kibble equivalent of feeding raw, it is still not quite the same thing. I would still do the NV raw if that's the feeding philosophy you want to follow. Nothing can really beat fresh, raw meat. As far as feeding frequency, it's up to you. Many raw feeders only feed once a day so maybe that's what she was going off of. I personally wouldn't feel comfortable with my dogs only eating once a day - I sometimes feel bad about them only eating 2 times a day. I would just go by the feeding guidelines on the bag and split up the recommended amount into however many portions a day you want to feed.
