You can Google it and watch a video.
It sounds like a mixture of honking and choking sort of.
It can happen when they are excited.
To figure out if it is a reverse sneeze, when he is doing it, you can put your finger over his nose for a second or two. If it stops, it is probably reverse sneezing.
