No, they aren't soft (as I mentioned..... good for their teeth )...... but they are very small and also not so hard that it takes a great effort for them to break them with their teeth (kind of "airy"....... I guess that is the only way to describe them)

And of course, we KNOW our treats!!! ........ Shelby & Seymour are JUST LIKE THEIR MOMMY!!!
