 my puppies fight!

Just joined today and have a little problem with my yorkies. I have a 6 month female, Poppy and a 4 month male, Charlie. They are not related. Charlie is very small, just over 1 kilo and quite timid, though not with me, my husband or Poppy. Just recently he has started to become quite aggressive towards Poppy, usually if she has made him yelp if their playing has got a little out of hand. The rest of the time they get on really well. He growls and attacks her quite ferociously. I imediately separate them and calm him down. This happened once but then has happened twice again in the last two days. I don't think she hurt him then, he was trying to take something from her. Does anyone else have a similar problem or know how to deal with it? |
