Im sorry but that statement is COMPLETELY wrong. The dog is causing major disturbances. Getting into peoples trash, Lunging at people. Chasing them.IS OFF LEASH IN A PUPLIC AREA is enough for the dog to be taken away.
I wasnt bitten by the husky, I am a human. The dog was taken away
